We invited Mom for Christmas. Rod went and picked Mom up and brought her down. Kevin and Bryan and Natalie came. We had a very nice time. Mom had a good time visiting with the boys.
Glenda and Philip went to Puerto Rico. They were island hopping.

Kevin is in Alberta Canada on a ski trip. He went with his friends, Dale and David. I just heard from him and he said that he skied every day and didn't get hurt. One evening it got down to -20. Brrrrrrrrr I guess that's why we live in Texas.]]>

We had a very nice time. We stayed in Jackson Hole. It is a very beautiful place. Lots of wildlife, waterfalls, gysers, and mountains. I put some of our pictures in the gallery. Mom is doing very good. Susie stayed some with her while we were gone.]]> Mom is recovering from pneumonia http://statonhouse.com/blog/index.php?entry=34 Hey everyone http://statonhouse.com/blog/index.php?entry=33 Jim Vaughn http://statonhouse.com/blog/index.php?entry=32 We will remember all the good times we had together.]]> Bryan Graduated http://statonhouse.com/blog/index.php?entry=31 The Hurricane http://statonhouse.com/blog/index.php?entry=30 It was very scary. It hit at night and hit Galveston and went straight up I45. I put Jazz in the garage and stayed out there with her. In a little, Bryan came out with me. The electricity had gone out and we were getting the worst of the wind. Then Rod comes out. They we all were in the building with flashlights holding on to Jazz and trees and limbs and stuff were falling and flying. It lasted for several hours, even through the next morning. There was alot of debris and trees down. About every 5th house in our neighborhood had a tree fall on it. We had a large tree go over but missed the house. It did take the well and plumbing out when it went over. We were without electricity 3 weeks. We were lucky because Kevin had water at his house. We did have a generator but you had to choose what to run. The streets were lined with piles of tree limbs. It took several weeks to get things cleaned up.]]> Happy Birthday Kevin http://statonhouse.com/blog/index.php?entry=28 We had a wonderful time having a
very special birthday meal. We wish
him many more Happy Birthdays.]]>
